"Out of the Black" is the epitome of a one-of-a-kind painting. Almost sculptural due to the incredible amount of heavy textures, -- the shapes and movement in "Out of the Black" provide the eye with an indulgence of glistening silvers, blacks, sable and champagne browns.
A version of a Rorschach test - as the shapes and images seem to morph and move. The glistening paint bounces a tremendous amount of light off - so "Out of the Black" will vary slightly in appearance depending on the amount of light hitting it and the time of day.
No brushes or instruments used in creating this piece. Done all with artist's fingers.
